What we found

When we sat down with Mario and Alexis, we were thrilled by the opportunity to create the image for their new project. They were going to open a Japanese fast-food restaurant with a take-away concept, offering high-quality ingredients at prices accessible to everyone — all wrapped in a clean and elegant image.

They also wanted to add extra value to the restaurant by having the chef prepare the sushi in plain view of the customers, showcasing transparency in the preparation of each dish.

What we contributed

We wanted to create a fresh and dynamic brand — one that could evolve over time and grow along with its expansion.

Quality food, accessible to everyone, and from our place to your table were the guiding principles behind the creation of the brand and its entire visual universe. Like every branding project, we began with a study of the brand’s philosophy and values, a competitor analysis, and research into industry benchmarks. “This approach allowed us to build a solid and meaningful project.”

For the overall design, we chose a clean and minimalist style, aligned with the harmony and simplicity that define Japanese culture, while adding a subtle nod to Andalusian tradition through a series of decorative tiles that would continuously accompany the brand.

The logo clearly references oriental typography, featuring a ZEN or ENSO circle, which symbolizes the fullness of simplicity — the infinite contained within the perfection of harmony.

For the remaining brand elements, we incorporated various graphic motifs inspired by Japanese culture — fans, geishas, bamboo… all designed to bring freshness, color, and versatility to the brand.
