As a result of the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 standards, we inform you that we will proceed to carry out the following communications with your company, when applicable:

1. Verbally or in writing, through purchase orders, we will communicate our needs regarding the supply of products or services, specifying in each case the particular requirements, in order to ensure that you are able to meet our needs and comply with our environmental requirements.
2. When necessary for the execution of services, we will require the necessary documentation of the personnel who will carry out the work, so that there is evidence of their competence and/or knowledge.
3. The activity carried out by your company may be affected by our management system, just as our management system may be affected by your activity. For this reason, we are sending you our quality and environmental policy so that it is respected at all times.
4. The supplied products will be inspected by our staff upon receipt to ensure that they meet the specifications stated in the order.
5. As an approved supplier of ADHOC, you should be aware that you will be subject to continuous monitoring, and any incident in the performance of your services may negatively affect your reevaluation as an approved supplier of our organization.
6. We also request your cooperation, if necessary, for conducting second-party audits at your facilities.
