What we found
AEA Fincas is a company dedicated to property management from a very contemporary perspective. Based in Madrid, it is made up of a group of companies located in different cities across Spain which, although independent from one another, follow a unified set of procedures and ethical work standards established by AEA Fincas’ headquarters. Modernity, new technologies, 24/7 availability, total transparency, and personalized attention to each resident are the fundamental pillars of its success.
What we contributed
Property management is a complex sector — it involves mediating between neighbors and fostering coexistence through an ethical and attentive service, a task that can be quite challenging at times.
In the initial meetings, our clients highlighted empathy, dialogue, and transparency as essential values for successfully carrying out their daily work. If we add to these values the use of new technologies to streamline management, constant attention to the community, and a network of partners that provide tangible value and benefits to the residents of their communities, we have an excellent foundation to start working with.
Communities + transparency + dialogue = AEA Fincas
From there, we created a simple yet meaningful and easily recognizable monogram. We respected the original color palette, adjusting it slightly to add greater consistency.
Once we had the logo, corporate colors, and typography defined, we developed a wide range of materials to meet the needs of the different offices, managing both offline and online communication. We designed a custom website that allowed each branch to have its own dedicated space.
All of this was compiled into a brand manual outlining every use of the brand and organizing the hierarchy of sub-brands and departmental identifiers — an essential document for the daily operations of their communication department.
The result is fresh, contemporary, and easy to understand. In short, we gave visual form to a set of values that the company had already embraced but was not yet communicating to its clients — summarized in a simple phrase:
“Always available.”








We standardized the brand and sub-brands through the corporate manual.

We worked on their exterior image.
