John Medina Real Estate Sotogrande is one of the most prestigious real estate agencies in this select area of southern Europe. Like many companies of this kind, they work with specialized real estate management tools. Through this software they manage the properties they offer for rent or sale, display photos, list each property’s features, and, in short, manage their “stock.”
What we contributed
The question they raised was whether it would be possible to synchronize this software with a completely independent website featuring a custom design. The answer: yes — as long as you have the right person on the team to make it happen.
Beyond creating a fresh and modern design based on a custom prototype, the main challenge we faced in this project was establishing synchronization between the management tool and the website, ensuring that any change made in the software would automatically appear on the site in real time.
It took several work sessions from our developers to create the code that enabled this synchronization, but after multiple tests and adjustments, it worked perfectly.
The result is that John Medina Real Estate now enjoys a fully renewed, responsive website adapted to all devices. Meanwhile, the agency’s staff continues working internally exactly as before — the new website required no changes, delays, or disruptions to their existing workflow.
